Mine expires this weekend, so it looks like once you sign up you have a few weeks/a month or so to use it. :) Chili's also has one when you sign up - free chips and queso with the purchase of an entree. Expires within 14 days of receipt. A link on the bottom of their homepage. Hope these are useful!
