How many of you love Honey Bunches of Oats? We are big fans in our house, because you get the best of both worlds – yummy taste and healthy for you too! I recently got to sample their Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted w/ More Granola Bunches cereal, and it is yum-yum-yum! Seriously, I think it was gone in two days. We have a habit in our house of just scarfing down cereals for all meals from time to time, and this was definitely one of those times.

And what’s not to like about the health benefits? There are 10 grams of Whole Grain per serving, only 6 grams of sugar (as compared to 9 grams in Honey Nut Cheerios), and it’s heart healthy (0g Trans Fat, 0g Saturated Fat, and 0mg of Cholesterol).

He absolutely loves them…quite often eating them for dinner, if he turns his nose up at what I’ve made. I don’t think he realizes they’re good for him and I’m not gonna spoil it by telling him!
