If you’ve followed my blog at all, you probably know that I am an animal lover. Yes, I am that person you see on the side of the road trying to rescue a turtle or in the back of a Publix parking lot trying to save a stray cat. Hubby and I have had four animals since we’ve been married, one of which had diabetes and is no longer with us (rest in peace, Bella). Because of her illness, she was known to pee basically wherever she wanted, and we went through probably a half-dozen kitty litters, none of which she seemed to like. Odor control was a big issue for us.
Our current kitty, Rosie, is just a gem – so sweet. (Here she is being friends with Pacey).
But she can be a little stinky too. Quite honestly, she’s not very particular about the litter like Bella was, but I’m always willing to try something new if it will help curb the odor.
With that said, I’m going to continue my #switchandsave Challenge this summer by switching out our current kitty litter for Arm & Hammer’s Ultra Last Clumping Cat Litter. I’ll be trying this out to see if it helps control sweet little Rosie’s sometimes big odor!

A&H’s Ultra Last provides long lasting odor control even when you can’t scoop because every granule is coated with A&H baking soda. My hope is that the home stays fresh all day long, regardless of what’s happening in the litter box!
The maker of ARM & HAMMER® products challenged me to switch to ARM & HAMMER Ultra Last Clumping Cat Litter and this summer, they are giving away $12,000 in the ARM & HAMMER Switch & Save Challenge Sweepstakes. To be entered to win one (1) of twelve (12) $1,000 prizes, simply reply to the question below!

Always elinminating the odor from litter boxes!
I have four cats. Two are maincoons, one himalayan and a persian. I have to change the litter boxes every three days to keep them smelling fresh. Going through five boxes of litter a month. I love how territorial the maincoons are with me when they sleep with me. That truly makes me a crazy cat lady.
