You’ll need to go HERE and register your information, then show a Department of Defense photo ID at the park. As many as three direct dependents of military personnel also are entitled to free admission. Dependents may take advantage of the offer without their service member, though an adult must accompany minor dependents, and dependent ages 10 and over must present valid dependent I.D.

I think it’s awesome what you are doing for our military heroes, but what about the heroes from yesterday, our veterans? My dad served in WWII in the South Pacific, also risking his life, but nothing like this was ever done for him or other veterans like him who served in active combat. I think this offer should be extended to our veterans as well.
