      I purchased a Rebecca Beeson hoody from Jill’s Steals and Deals back on June 14 and have a confirmation number, too, and have emailed the company but have received no recent response to my inquiries. I really don’t know where to turn next.

    I ordered a dress that I saw on Today Show Jill’s Steals & Deals June 12th and still have not received this item. The company, S.L. WOO, INC will not respond to my emails when I have asked the question of when I exactly can I expect the dress to be shipped. I get ‘form’ responses when I communicate with Woo.

    I would hope that Jill would be concerned if she knew that the products she is endorsing are not being delivered in a timely manner.

    Ordered the Mamba Hobo handbag by Maxine Couture on June 28th. Waited six weeks to get it (that’s ok), but what’s not ok is the the dye from the bag smears on my clothing. After many emails, they agreed to take it back and give me credit. I think this bag was made in some third-world country where they don’t care if dye smears or not. Jill, you should have known that before promoting it on the Today Show.
    Very disappointed!!!

    I also have not received my dress from Woo and have a confirmation from Jul 12,2011 e-mailed to me. I have tried to contact them by phone but get an answering machine message that does not sound very professional.
    I have left a message and my telephone number but have not had a response. The Woo web site has other great clothing but if it takes this long to get the first intro product I wonder if this is a scam.

    The one time I did one of your “deals” the website was so loaded with people trying to order that my order was screwed up and went thru multiple times. I ended up with over $80 worth of merchandise for a $12.95 order!!! The company WOULD NOT refund the extra merchandise and I am stuck with it. It didn’t even fit so all of it is useless to me!!! I can’t even sell it on Ebay.

      Hi Rose! Thanks for the comment! I haven’t posted about Jill’s Steals and Deals since spring of 2011 so I have no idea. When I posted about Jill’s Steals and Deals, I ended up receiving more customer service complaints than positive feedback. I do not work for Jill’s Steals and Deals so I don’t have any record of the dog food bowls deal. Sorry I can’t help!

    Bought the bra’s were suppose to be one size fits all. I am a 38C.. what arrived looked like it was made for a pre teen. Called the company. No refunds. The customer service agent said why don’t you give them away as a gift. . Be careful people. I also a few weeks ago bought the knife set, it’s already rusting. I am done! Expected better from this show.

    Why would you affiliate yourself and the Today Show with a company like Vacation Tour & Travel? I am sending you the link to their reviews, which are 86% poor!


    My wife and I, sister and brother-in-law and their friends were silly enough to book the cruise “deal” and are having an awful time getting them to deliver the dates and price paid. It seems that everything involves a ridiculously priced upgrade. So crazy is the upgrade price that you could book a cruise from Carnival for less!

    Please let me know if others are having the same issues.

    I purchased 3 Seiko Mens Cronograph Black Dial Steel Watch from Jills Steals and Deals through the Today Show for swlightly less than $90.00. Jill anounced on the Today Show that this Seiko Watch was a $300.00 and the purchase had a 70% savings. I have checked the price online and found this Seiko Watch sells for much less than $300.00, the lowest price I found is $98.oo from Amazon. Based on these numbers the savings is 8% from other compinies sale porice. While there is a savings I believe that The Today Show Staff should C heck the Item online before offering with high % savings on “Jills Steals and Deals”

      Hi Dominick! I do not work for The Today Show now do I post Jill’s Steals and Deals any more. I stopped posting the deals over a year ago when my readers complained they did not receive their orders and that the deals were not good.     You had the Jill’s Steals and Deals on yesterday (Wednesday) and I went in at 5:30 PM EST to order the Seiko watch and it said it was closed. I thought they stayed on for 24 hours. I ordered one of the Nautica sweaters not long before that. I really wanted that watch for a gift!

    On Jan. 31, I ordered Le Cherche Midi 3 piece frangrance gift set which was $48.00 and $6.95 for shipping, I have yet to receive my order and they charged me $91.00. What is wrong with the Today Show promoting this kind of rip off products, don,t they read all of the negitive e-mails? Who do I contact about this???

    I ordered the Gioranni egyptains sheet from ludxor linens. I recieved the sheets a month later and was very disappointed with the quailty of the sheets you could see through them and the pillowcases didn’t match sheets. I thought the sheets were 1200TC not 1200 series ( rip off). I bought egyptains at the county fair 800 series for $20, they also implied they were 800TC. I contacted the vendor and they sent a $25 gift code to use in future purchases from their company. (as if that will ever happen) I am just writing this to let you know that I trusted the Today Show to advertise products that are the real deal. This a rip off! Regards Sharon

    I ordered on March 8, 2013 2 outfits from 4everprincessusa.com. I have not received the order only an email confirmation and receipt of the order. I have emailed them to get a tracking # but have had no success in getting a response. It has been 4 weeks not and I am getting nervous about not receiving the order. Any suggestions? Thank you

    I purchased the candles on March 22 from Gemalagee. I was extremely disappointed when one came broken and the other was in a damaged box. I called the customer service number and was told to send pictures of the damaged items to [email protected] I did that and heard nothing. I sent an e-mail twice and continued to make phone calls to CS with no answer; however, I left several messages without a response. I have now tried calling again and the phone number no longer is this company. I am very disappointed and upset that I received damaged goods and no response was given and now I’ve lost out on my money!! Can someone please help me with this problem.

      Debbie, I have yet to receive my items and it’s been almost 4 months. I am very frustrated too as they keep promising a resolution but then nothing. I suggest filing complaint with BBB.org. That’s my next step.

    I ordered a SL Woo tunic on May 10th and no response from the company when I call to find out when I will receive the order. I see that there are many comments about how terrible Woo is on service or if it a scam? Why does the Today show continue to promote these items from this company if they never deliver on the goods?

    I ordered two tunics via Jill’s steals and deals from SL Woo Inc. this was on May 10th. They said 2-3 weeks for delivery. I got one tunic from them on June 22nd. It had no tags or packing slip. The other tunic ordered wasn’t included. I have repeatedly tried to contact this company via email with no response. Today show should not endorse companies as unprofessional as this one. I am so very frustrated!

    I ordered and finally received two Katha Collection throws.
    I choose two neutral throws…………one was neutral and lovely, the other was garish
    bright loud colors not neutral tones at all. It look like a reject, threads hanging all over the throw. I spoke to a Daniel M who told me to write a description of the item in question and he would open a claim…………..so far I have not heard from him.
    I will have to think again before ordering Jill’s Steals and Deals.
    This was my second order. Last year I waited a long time for an order.
    I was giving 1 on the items as B-day present…came late and missed the B-day.
    I am not looking for a refund ….I just want a quality replacement in neutral tones

    You need to check on these companies you promote on your “Deal”. A month ago I ordered a candle from Natura Candles for my Sister for her BDay. After weeks of chasing them around for a delivery, it was FINALLY delivered 2 WEEKS AFTER the promised date. IT WAS NOTHING like the SEASIDE CANDLE I ordered. The candle bottom was full of small rocks. UGLIEST candle I’ve ever seen! They will do Nothing For me. Also ordered Pure Fiber Towels on same day. STILL HAVE NOT RECV’D. They keep telling me 2 weeks in a row it’ll be shipped the end of next week. UNFORTUNATELY NEXT WEEK NEVER COMES.! On both accounts, they charged my card IMMEDIATELY. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY of your deals again !!!

    Hey, if you don’t get your item and no response, start a dispute with your credit card company. That usually gets a response or at least you will get your money back.

    I”m letting u know that Restaurant.com is a SCAM!!! I have been trying to get a refund for ONE WEEK!! They have u fill out a form at customerserviceassist.com & say they will call u in 24-48 hrs. & NEVER DO!! There is even a complaint page on them saying they are a BIG SCAM!!! You guys should have checked them out more thoroughly!!! What do I do. now!!??

    I have been trying for TWO WEEKS to. get a reimbursement of the $40.00 I put out for certificate for restaurant.com since I found out it wasn’t what I thought – $400 worth of food for $40.00. I filled out the required form as required. When. I didn’t hear back, I even called their customer service number TWICE: 1-800-267-4214. They ASSURED me I would be getting a refund within a week – that was on 12/31/2014! I’m STILL waiting!! I’m on social security and NEED my money back!! I suggest you check their website,restaurant.com – there are a LOT of complaints about their REFUSAL to refund money!! I’m starting to think they are SCAM ARTISTS!!! If there is anything you can do to help, I’d appreciate it, otherwise I”m going to the BBB & Consumer Affairs!! Something here REALLY SMELLS!!

    I can’t believe that the TODAY SHOW would let this stuff happen….me too have not recieved the BEDROOM COMFORTER WE ORDERED!! I am sorry that we trust them to do right!!!!It was in May of 2014 and we are still hoping it just hasnt appeares!

    I am soooo disappointed in my items. The slo pro cooker is defective, the mixer is plastic and the knives are just NOT worth the money I paid for them. I emailed the company to get a replacement and received no response from them. Of course it does say no refund no return but you expect the stuff to work at least. I will NEVER do this again. Buyer beware!!!!!! The products I ordered were the oliver remy slo pro cooker, J.A. Henckels knife set and a thinkkitchen stokes mixer.
