If you haven’t done the ING Electric Orange deal in the past but wanted to, now would be a good time! Open an Electric Orange Checking Account from ING between now and July 3rd and earn a $76 bonus with a chance to double it to $152!. There are many different accounts you can open. Below is a list of the types of accounts as well as the bonus info.
ELECTRIC ORANGE CHECKING: Total Possible Bonus: $152
1. Open Electric Orange between June 30th – July 3rd and make a total of 5 purchases (either signature or PIN-based) using your Electric Orange Card or Person2Person Payments (or any combination of the two) within 45 days, and a $76 bonus will be automatically deposited into your account by August 22nd.

2. $17.76 bonus starts earning interest upon account opening, and is available for withdrawal after 30 days.
3. There’s no minimum deposit amount required.
MONEY ACCOUNT: Total Possible Bonus: $27.76
1. Open MONEY between June 30th – July 3rd and make 1 Card transaction (signature, PIN-based or with PayPassTM) using your MONEY Card within 30 days. Keep in mind, the teen gets the Card.
2. Your $27.76 bonus will be automatically deposited into your account on day 35.
3. There’s no minimum deposit amount required.
REFER TWO FRIENDS: Total Possible Bonus: $76
1. Refer a Friend between June 30th – July 3rd and you’ll receive a $76 bonus for the first 2 friends who open an Orange Savings AccountSMwith a minimum deposit of $250 using the link in the referral email before July 31st, 2012.
2. Each of your friends will get a $25 bonus (if they open the account with at least $250).
3. Your original $10 bonus will be deposited into your account when each of your friends opens an account. Your additional $56 bonus will be deposited into your account by August 10th, 2012.
4. Your friends must be new Customers as the primary owner of the account.
5. To take part in the Refer a Friend program, you must have an Orange Savings Account or Electric Orange checkingSM.
As I’ve said in the past, I’m not a financial counselor and am not attempting to be one. But we all have checking accounts and understand how they work, so if you need a new account or you’re not happy with your current one, you can at least earn $76 and double it if you set up direct deposit.
