Publix Weekly Ad and Coupon Matchups 8/2/12 – 8/8/12 or 8/1/12 – 8/7/12

by Addicted to Saving on July 30, 2012

Publix has some pretty good sales this week!  You may find the prices below vary slightly with your store’s pricing. I will be adding more household & beauty products deals as the day goes by.  Please leave a comment if you see any missing coupons, unadvertised deals or typos!

******Five Main Notes to Publix Shoppers:

1) From time to time the print limit will be reached on printable coupons. You will know the print limit has been reached if you go to print a coupon and you receive an error message, a message stating you have already printed the coupon, or you just don’t see the coupon.
2) When Publix has a Buy One Get One Sale, in order for Floridians to receive the second item free, we have to buy both items. Many other states only have to buy one item and they will get that one item for half (50%) off. Most matchups below are based on “True BOGOs.”
3) For Floridians, if we use coupons 50 cents or less, our coupons are not doubled. Many other states will double coupons as long as they are 50 cents or less.
4) Publix accepts competitor coupons and allows for one competitor and one manufacturer coupon on one item. Ask your Publix who they consider as competitors.
5) If you live in Florida, our sales cycle starts on Thursdays 6) To see Publix’s color full ad, go Here. The ad will not update until the new ad is live!

The uncrustables FB coupon is done and I am not finding the coupons.com uncrustables coupon any longer. It was there last week but now seems to be gone.

I don’t think we can use the Target Wisk coupon at Publix. The ones I have printed are for a 75 oz. bottle. The ones on sale at Publix are 50 oz. bottles. Be sure to check your coupons for size restrictions.

Hi Laura! Yes, the $1/1 looks to have been a regional coupon so not everyone will get it :( I got the $1.50/2 coupon as well :(

The progresso soup has a publix coupon to match it on a display at the ths etore for $1/1 also there is a mq on ebay for $1/2 so it would be free with both coupons. Also the Lays Kettle chips are 2/$6 in the YAB, but there is a coupon in the stocking spree booklet (got mine today in the mail) for $2/2 and $1/2 mq from the Pepsico insert to make them 2 for $3 or $1.50/bag wyb 2.

I have to say, I think I’m going to have to find another store to shop at. The ads lately from Publix have been very disappointing. My family can’t survive alone on ice cream, pasta, crackers, and condiments..lol. It is a shame that the possible actions of others effects so many people.

I too have been very disappointed in Publix – I LOVE PUBLIX!! I have not been able to get a nice stockpile for a while now (my previous stock pile is getting low- no paper towel deals, toilet paper or other things used daily have not been a rock bottom price lately! I know how cheap I can buy it so it is REALLY hard to fork up almost full price for these items!! I am still one of those still broke penny pinching folks… I can’t afford full price for items and yes, my family is sick of pasta and I am finding it difficult to come up with different ways to feed it to them…COME ON PUBLIX… let’s get back to where we were last year PLEASE!! :)

If you are a Dr. Pepper drinker there is a $1 off coupon for Dr. Pepper Ten (great product) in the 6/24 SS that can be used with the B2G1. Brought my total to just under $3 per 12 pack.

There is a coupon book at Sweetbay called Sweet Inspirations – Back to School. Most coupons good through 8/31. If your Publix accepts Sweetbay coupons there are a couple you can use this week.

There is a $2.00 off four Kellogg, Keebler Sunshine or Eggo products – can be used with Cheez-its 2/$5 making final 4 for $2 each.

Also a Big G Cereal $1 off 2. should be able to stack with other manufacturers coupon.
