The Huggies diapers, Pull Ups and Wisk where eligible for the promotion totaling $33.46 of buy $30 receive a $10 CVS cash. I hand out a 3/1 Huggies coupon, 2 2/1 Pull ups coupon and 1 1/1 Wisk detergent. The employee told me about a new coupon policy that only 4 coupons can be used by day per card. When receipt come did not have the CVS cash, I asked the employee about and she says will call the MOD. When MOD came said that maybe it did not come out because quantity to pay was below the 30. I explained that the shopper did not stated if the 30 was before or after coupons and just said that if the machine did not print the cash that I was not eligible. I requested a refund and they stayed with the original receipt.
