I was wondering the same thing – how to close/delete my account with nomorerack.

It didn’t dawn on me till now that recently in September or October I couldn’t use my bank card – contact the bank and they inform me that there was a “hold” on my card due to a transaction that look suspicious that was not my. Immediately they cancel my card and got me a new bank card.

Now I want to close/delete this account with this nomorerack site. HELP!

As with most reputable sites, one should be able to do that on the website.

The link or button to delete one’s account should be easily found. At nomorerack, I’ve been digging, and I still can’t find where to delete one’s account.

If a site doesn’t provide a “delete account” option, that’s really all that’s required for me to not want to have anything to do with the site.

I don’t like sites that try to dissuade you from things like deleting your account. It offends me. And it should offend everyone.

I chatted with Customer Service via live chat, and they canceled my account, without any problems. Zharra was the particular customer service agent, though I’m sure it varies depending no region, and when you call.

They seemed at least very professional in dealing with it.

NOTE: BIDCACTUS seems to be “aligned with” or “owned by” ‘nomorerack’ – or vice-versa, because many nomorerack deals take you directly to BidCactus.
I also tried out BidCactus (after being led there from “normorerack”), did not like it, and BidCactus customer service folks were very professional as well, and canceled my account right away. They also refunded a $79 charge that I had no idea was charged on my credit card – due to the lack of clarity of “how the site works.”

First I spoke with Kip, who was very professional and apologized that the site operation was “unclear” – and immediately refunded my credit card charge.
I researched the site and decided it was not for me, then I spoke with Nick, and he promptly canceled my account.

Overall, professional and courteous – I will watch and see if the $79 does get canceled out of my card – if so, BidCactus was an overall positive experience.

I will be calling my bank at 9 when they open.
