The best way to score fabulous deals is to have the right coupons to match with the right sales. I’ve received this booklet in the mail twice now. The first time the coupon booklet had a coupon for a freebie and the second time, while there were no “Free” coupons, I was able to score free dish soap using a coupon with a good sale at CVS.
