Publix shoppers, you’ll love the new insert in today’s paper! There are over $20 worth of Publix store coupons in their stack up on the savings flyer. This is what I love about Publix - they actually show how to pair coupons from Publix with the coupons in the new P&G insert. Most stores are very coupon friendly, and even though it’s not as easy as it used to be, you can still save quite a bit by stacking coupons like these.

There are 14 printable Publix store coupons we can print out including coupons for Smart Food popcorn, Nabisco Cookies, Planters Nuts, Pampers and more! Go HERE to print your coupons! Update - with the cold weather we have been experiencing, I’ve been craving more and more comfort meals like the 5 Minute Slow Cooker Smoky Beef Recipe I posted last month. I wanted to repost this easy recipe to help warm you up!
One of my New Year’s Resolutions has been to prepare more home cooked meals each week. With a super busy toddler and working full-time (while at the same time chasing, parenting AND potty training my super busy two year old), I find that I lack the time and energy to cook wholesome meals for my family. So this year, I’ve been making lots and lots of slow cooker meals because I find I can usually pack most of the major food groups into the slow cooker and then 6-8 hours later, I have a hearty meal ready to go. If you shop at Publix, you probably already know that Publix’s Best Meals Happen At Home send out monthly emails with links to printable Publix coupons. But did you know that Publix’s Best Meals at Home also can answer your “what’s for dinner” dilemmas with easy recipes and quality brands?
Publix is teaming up with Unilever foods to celebrate the New Year and bring the best meals to the dinner table. If like me, and you’re looking to get back into a steady routine for the New Year, Best Meals Happen at Home can help. Best Meals Happen At Home helps you find new recipes so you can make quick, easy and delicious meals for the whole family in 30 minutes or less.
I wanted to test one of their Fastastic recipes out. I chose the Slow Cooker Smoky Beef Stew because it could be made in 5 minutes or less!! I headed to Publix and bought all of the ingredients needed. The only variation I made on the recipe is that it called for canned carrots and since I had fresh baby carrots, I decided to use those instead.
I don’t know if you find your mornings to be super busy, but I sometimes find that making slow cooker meals the night before is easier. Even fastastic meals like this 5 minute meal! So while I watched TV, I dumped all of the ingredients into the slow cooker insert and then covered it with plastic wrap and put it in my fridge.
The next morning, I removed the plastic wrap and placed the slow cooker insert into my slow cooker. Programmed the slow cooker to start and voila, I was done “cooking.”
The 5 Minute Slow Cooker Smoky Beef Stew was a hit in our family! We loved the smoky and creamy flavor of the sauce! It was a perfect cold weather meal. I made a rice and quinoa side dish to go with it. But it could very easily go over egg noodles or be made with a veggie like broccoli, cauliflower or zucchini!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef chuck roast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) Campbell’s® Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 can (14.5 oz.) Hunt’s® Diced Tomatoes
6 new potatoes, halved
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 can (15 oz.) Le Sueur® Tender Baby Whole Carrots (I substituted 2 cups of fresh baby carrots)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients except roast and carrots and stir. **Note - if you use fresh carrots, add those carrots during this step
2. Add roast, stir and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or HIGH 4 to 5 or until beef is fork tender.
3. Add canned baby carrots and allow to sit for 2 minutes. Serve.

It just dawned on me that I had not highlighted the new Publix Grocery Advantage Flyer in stores now (and was in your Sunday paper as well)! This flyer is called “Super Sunday,” and runs from January 31st - February 20th.
There are some nice matchups and deals in this flyer. Remember to focus most of your attention on the Publix store coupons in this flyer. Also – don’t forget that Publix allows us to stack a store coupon with a manufacturer coupon.

I’ve been talking a lot about the Game Day Favorites coupon booklet that’s in Publix stores now, but I should mention that you can print these all online as well! There are a number of good deals to take advantage of by using these coupons.
If you’re new to Publix couponing, remember that you can always stack a manufacturer coupon with a Publix store coupon to double up on your savings. So you’ll want to use the Coupon Database to see if any of the below have manufacturer coupons to stack!

Publix shoppers, I just mentioned the nice $4.00/1 Boost Nutritional Drink Publix store coupon that’s available over on Publix’s website, but there are also some other great Publix store coupons to print!
There is a booklet called Resolve to Save, which you can print by going HERE, clicking on the weekly ad, then scrolling down until you see the Health and Wellness coupons. All of the below coupons do not expire until 2/14/15!
Remember you can use the Item Search Feature on Addicted to Saving to see if any of these are on sale right now and if there are any good matchups.

Be on the lookout for new Family Celebrations booklets in your local Publix stores. These can also be found online and they’re all Publix store coupons, which means we can stack them with a manufacturer coupon to double up on our savings. I’m seeing a couple of coupons already that I need to put in the Publix Sneak Peek Ad for 12/18 - 12/24.
These coupons don’t expire until 1/13/15 but many have print limits, so print them now if you see ones you know you’ll use.
