As a frugal woman, I keep my eyes open for deals on tasty and fun foods. When I saw that these Tim Tam Biscuits were only $2.50 at Publix, I made sure I purchased a package of both Arnott’s Tim Tam Original and Arnott’s Tim Tam Classic Dark Biscuits. During the holidays, it’s not uncommon for us to have unexpected guests. I like to have snacks and desserts on hand in case we are unexpectedly entertaining. And, even when our guests are planned, desserts like Tim Tam Biscuits are perfect to have on hand. These biscuits are perfectly chocolaty, creamy, crunchy and absolutely delicious!

The Tim Tam biscuit originated in Australia and is one of their most well-loved biscuits! Arnott’s Tim Tam Original and Arnott’s Tim Tam Classic Dark Biscuits are dipped in chocolaty goodness. Inside, they have a creamy chocolaty filling and a perfectly crunchy biscuit. My hubby and I like having these biscuits with a cup of coffee. We decided to bake the egg rolls and microwave the potstickers!

As a dinner, we’ll serve these foods with white rice. Sometimes we will even serve these egg rolls and potstickers over lettuce to make sort of an Asian salad! It’s SO good!

RAGÚ Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo Pasta Sauce is great on a variety of dishes including Chicken Alfredo. It is made with real cheese and fresh cream! I like to create different recipes with classic sauces and when I was trying to think of a recipe to create with this alfredo pasta sauce, I decided to create a recipe that I could easily throw together on a busy school night.

Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli is a recipe you can throw together last minute. As long as you have thawed chicken breasts (or shredded rotisserie chicken), frozen broccoli, rice and RAGÚ® Family Size Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo Pasta Sauce, you will be good to go!

To start cut the chicken into bite size pieces and brown it in a large pan over medium high heat.

Once the chicken is browned, add the cooked broccoli, cooked rice and RAGÚ Alfredo Sauce to the pan. Stir.

Once mixed well and bubbling, serve and top with fresh parsley. You will love this easy to make and tasty meal! I also love this recipe because you can use leftovers too! If you have leftover rotisserie chicken, cooked broccoli and cooked rice, using this sauce you will have a wonderful meal in minutes. Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients

1.5 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Small Bag Frozen Broccoli (any brand)
2 cups Cooked Rice (any brand - I used brown rice)
2 cups RAGÚ Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo Pasta Sauce (Family Size 21.5 oz)
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper
Parsley

Instructions

1) Cook rice and microwave broccoli according to instructions on package.
2) Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Brown in large pan with olive oil. Top with salt, pepper and crushed red pepper (if you like your food to be a little spicy).
3) Once chicken is browned on one side, turn over and brown on the other side topping with a little more salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
4) When the chicken, rice and broccoli are all cooked, mix together in large pan along with RAGÚ Cheese Creations Classic Alfredo Pasta Sauce. Cook on medium until sauce is bubbling.
5) Serve. Top with fresh or dry parsley.
